After #canning 76 quarts of tomatoes, I got sick of canning #tomatoes. I'm going to try freezing the last 40 pounds as an experiment. I've read that freezing whole will retain flavor, but they're only good for soup or sauce when they defrost. I'm eager to taste the results. #preserving #garden #frozentomatoes
